Bubbly Jen’s specializes in fermented food products. They will start with raw fermented sauerkraut and Crazy Steve’s Pickles and salsas, and then add raw fermented pickles and non-alcoholic drinks as the season goes along.
Skylands Roastery is a small batch, artisan coffee roasting shop. They will be bringing whole beans, plus cold-brewed iced coffee and freshly brewed (on the spot) hot coffee. They always begin with ethically produced bean – certified by the Rain Forest Alliance, and guaranteed organic, bird friendly, and fair trade.
