It’s the time of year when our thoughts turn to root crops. So we are happy to report that sweet fall carrots are ready for harvesting.  You’ll find lots of these beauties at the market this week.  Pick up a bunch and some baby ginger to take home for a delicious soup.  (Ask Jess for the recipe)
