One Up One Down Coffee is a family-owned coffee roastery and caffe (yes, two Fs, Italian spelling) based in Trenton, N.J. They have a simple mission: roast consciously-sourced specialty coffee for a well-balanced cup, and present it in an unpretentious, down-to-earth setting. They visit the Pennington Farmers Market about once a month, bringing brewed coffee, iced coffee, and lots of coffee beans. 

When they are not at the Market, you can find them at 750 Cass Street, Trenton (near the Trenton Thunder baseball stadium) seven days a week! Monday and Tuesday 7am-1pm; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7am to 3pm; and weekends 8am to 3pm. 

Their name, as one might guess from the logo above, was inspired by their dog’s ears. But it embodies a simple concept that they attempt to apply universally: Balance. Work balanced with play. Sunk in a chair staring at a glowing screen balanced with feet on the dirt gazing at a glowing sunset.
