Chickadee Creek is more than excited to report that the ginger is ready.
“We could probably let it grow a little longer, but it’s on the real estate of the winter spinach, and it’s under contract and the closing date is set, so you get it sooner than later! We never can guess how long we’ll have ginger for. On one hand, it’s a beautiful looking crop and I expect a nice yield. On the other hand, the seed pieces I ordered didn’t plant as many row feet as I had expected in the spring. As usual…don’t wait. “
