Meet the Bruckman family of Bubbly Jen’s Farm. They hail from East Brunswick where they grow lots of vegetables, but most notably the kind that you can ferment and can. Their Mission is to share naturally fermented goodness from locally-grown produce to locally-made products. If you haven’t tried their sauerkraut yet, you are in for a treat.
