This week our Local Girl Scouts will be teaching the children who visit how to make a Healthy Snack starting with ingredients that you can find at the Farmers Market (think granola, cherry tomatoes, sourdough bread, hummus, pita and more). Children will learn how different vendors prepare and grow food and then create a snack of their own!
And Brownie Girl Scouts will be able to earn their Snacks Badge.
Adult visitors might learn a thing or two as well.

The Rest of the Season
This Saturday will be the last day for live music at the Market. After mid-October the weather is just too iffy to be bringing instruments outdoors. But music will be back, of course, on Opening Day May 2026.
October 25 will be the last day for Recycling with the Green Team at the Market. You can see their list of materials they are collecting HERE.
On November 15 we will be hosting our annual Holiday Bazaar. There are still a few spaces left for artisans. If you know anyone who would be interested, contact our Vendor Coordinator.
November 22 will be our last market day for the season. It’s just a few days before Thanksgiving, so you’ll be able to stock up on many of the items you need for your feast or find great gifts to share with your host.
